Who. The service is provided by Swift Labs ("we").
Status. The service is not on sale yet. These terms describe the planned service and will apply once you sign up. Joining the early-access list costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Service. We will configure and run an AI phone receptionist and missed-call text-back for your business. It will answer calls, collect caller details, offer appointment times per your rules, and text callers whose calls were missed. AI can misunderstand callers or make mistakes; review your call log and tell us what to fix.
Not an emergency service. The service is not a substitute for 911, your utility, or your own on-call process, and it does not dispatch help. It may fail to recognize an emergency. Greetings and text-backs tell callers to call 911 and their gas or electric utility for gas leaks, carbon monoxide, electrical fires or any danger. We do not guarantee that any call is answered, recorded, transcribed, forwarded, flagged as urgent, or followed by a text, or that any message reaches you or the caller. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed, dropped, delayed, mis-routed or misunderstood calls or texts, or for anything that results from them, including property damage or injury. You remain responsible for having your own emergency and on-call arrangements.
Text-back. Text-back: when a call is missed, the caller gets one text from your business number, plus replies to their messages. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Texts are sent only to people who called you. The text-back message is: “Hi, this is {Business}. Sorry we missed your call. Reply here or we'll call you back. Gas smell, CO alarm, sparks or fire? Call 911 now. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Recording. We do not record calls.
Your responsibilities. You provide accurate business information and decide how urgent calls are handled. Text-backs are sent in your business's name to people who called your number, so you are responsible for your relationship with those callers. Tell us right away if a number should not be texted, and don't ask us to text anyone who hasn't called you. You are responsible for any consent your industry or state requires beyond this.
Price and billing (planned). $297 one-time setup plus $197 per month, starting when your receptionist goes live. Billed through Stripe. Month to month, no contract.
Cancelling. Once you sign up, cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Billing questions or refund requests: email support@deadlinkpatrol.com.
Limits. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month, and we're not liable for lost jobs or indirect losses.
Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new date here.
