Every missed call is a job going to the next contractor.
We're building a done-for-you AI receptionist for HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops. It will answer your line, take booking requests, and text back anyone who hangs up. We'll do the setup; you get the calls.
Not on sale yet. Planned price: $297 setup + $197/mo, planned. Month to month.

What a missed call may be costing you
Estimated revenue at risk per month:
An estimate from your own numbers (missed calls × booking rate × job value × 4.33 weeks). Not a guarantee of results.
What we're building
- Calls answered 24/7, once your line is live, in your business name, using your services, service area and hours.
- Jobs booked into your calendar (set up during onboarding): it will take the caller's name, address and problem, offer times per your rules, and send you the request to confirm.
- Missed-call text-back, once your line is live: if a call is missed, the caller will get a text so they don't call someone else.
- How booked jobs reach you: during onboarding, we'll set up how each booking request gets to you: a text and email summary, plus your calendar if you connect one.
- A call log in your dashboard after go-live, so you can see what came in. We won't record calls.
How it will work
- Request early access below. Nothing is charged.
- When we open spots, we'll email you to collect your services, hours, service area and how you want urgent calls handled.
- We'll build and test your receptionist with you, then you forward your line to it.
Text-back (planned)
Text-back: when a call is missed, the caller gets one text from your business number, plus replies to their messages. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Texts are sent only to people who called you.
The text callers get: “Hi, this is {Business}. Sorry we missed your call. Reply here or we'll call you back. Gas smell, CO alarm, sparks or fire? Call 911 now. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Emergencies
Not an emergency service. The receptionist and text-back will be automated and can misunderstand callers, miss calls, or fail to forward them. It does not dispatch anyone. Your greeting and every text-back will tell callers: if you smell gas, have a carbon monoxide alarm, see sparks, smoke or fire, or anyone is in danger, hang up and call 911, then your gas or electric utility. Calls you mark as urgent will be forwarded to you or your on-call tech as set up with you, but we can't guarantee any call or text reaches you.
No contract, planned
When it launches, billing will be month to month, and you'll be able to cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal, effective at the end of your billing period.
